Mike is the founder of Mutual Asset Corporation, an independent, full-service wealth management firm in Brighton, CO. With over 32 years’ experience managing clients’ portfolios, his dedication to his client’s future is the foundation upon which he built the firm. Mike has a rare ability to see circumstances and situations from divergent standpoints, giving him uncommonly clear insight.
The youngest of 8 children, Mike was born and raised in Colorado and was active throughout the seasons with various sports activities. After attending Colorado State University, Mike cut his teeth in the insurance industry and quickly realized he wanted to take a broader approach to client’s finances. Today he is the principal portfolio manager for Mutual Asset Corporation and takes great pleasure in helping clients achieve their financial goals. He believes in taking a disciplined approach to investing and owning high quality companies that have a long track record of weathering good and bad markets.
Mike lives in the Brighton area with his wife Ann, and they have 4 amazing children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
